Key duties include: Fleet Management
• Maintaining and repairing shuttle vehicles
• Scheduling vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Monitoring vehicle performance and fuel efficiency
• Managing vehicle, licensing, and insurance
Staff Management
• Hiriing , training, and supervising Shuttle drivers
• Scheduling Driver shifts to meet operational demands
• Performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for Drivers
• Ensuring driiver compliance with safety regulations
Operational Management
• Creating and maintaining Shuttle schedules based on flight arrival and departure times
• Dispatching drivers to pick up passengers efficiently
• Monitoring real time Shuttle locations and passenger wait times
• Managing route, optimization and adjustments based on traffic conditions
Customer Service
• Responding to passenger inquiries and complaints
• Providing information about shuttle services and fares
• Addressing passenger concerns and assuring a positive experience
Compliance and Safety
